Reports Tab

ScriptWave has a report engine for the lead typist.  All completed dictation files and the attached transcription files are tracked in an archive by month. 

To generate a report, select the Physician (or All), the Typist (or All) and the Month.  Select Print.

Example Report

The report shows the dictation name, the imported audio file name, the import date, the completion date, the names of the transcription documents and the alternate name for each document (if entered).

The report will total the number of dictation files and transcription documents.
